Logging in to the virtual platform

Your E-mail is the email address you registered with.
Your password has been communicated in your final registration confirmation email and platform access.
If you need a reminder, please contact us at registration@figo2021.org 

If you have already accessed the virtual platform, you will have been asked to change your password. If you have not yet accessed the virtual platform, please use the default password we provided in your Final Registration Confirmation and Virtual Platform Access Details email. If you changed the password and have forgotten it, you can reset the password by clicking “Forgot Password”.

Testing your access

We encourage you to log in to the platform prior to the start of the Opening Ceremony to test your system and ensure it meets the requirements for optimal viewing.

We advise that you log in using the Chrome browser on your PC/Desktop. Please note, Internet Explorer is not a recommended browser.
